Boutique Pickup

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. When the piece arrives at the boutique, you will receive an email indicating that it is time to make an appointment to pick up your order from the boutique.
Appointments to pick up your order are strongly recommended, as you may experience extended wait times without one. You may easily book an appointment by contacting a Cartier Ambassador.
Please bring the email indicating that your order is ready for pickup as well as valid photo identification.
To authorize someone other than yourself to pick up the order, please download and complete the Cartier Authorization Letter.

The person designated to pick up the order will need to bring the original email indicating the order is ready to be picked up, a valid form of identification, and the completed Cartier Authorization Letter when picking up the purchase.
The boutique will hold your order for up to 30 days.
Yes, you may initiate the return or exchange process at the boutique, provided the item and timing is in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.

Please note that personalized items, including those that have been engraved, embossed, or customized, are not eligible for return or exchange.
